The things people usually ask before signing up
Do I really need Microsoft 365 Business Premium?
Yes. Our Core Plan runs on Business Premium for every user. It’s the secure foundation everything else is built on, so it’s always required. It isn’t included in the plan price; it sits alongside it and is billed separately.
What if I don’t have Business Premium yet?
No problem. Choose “add it for me” in the quick check, and we’ll include Business Premium licences on a monthly rolling basis, added to your plan.
Are there any hidden costs?
None. It’s a fixed monthly fee per user, so you always know what you’re paying. There’s a one-off onboarding fee (which includes your first month), and your Microsoft 365 licences. Your bill only changes if you add users or an optional bolt-on, and that’s always your call.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Core runs on a 12-month minimum term. That gives us time to genuinely improve your IT rather than just firefighting, but you’re never locked in forever. Your Microsoft 365 licences are separate and flexible.
Is my data backed up, and for how long?
Yes. Core includes Backup Lite: a daily backup of your emails and company documents, kept for 90 days. If something’s deleted, overwritten or lost, we can get it back, because storing files in the cloud isn’t the same as having them properly backed up.
I already have IT support, can you help me switch?
Absolutely, and it’s more common than you’d think. We handle the move for you, including migrating your systems and data, and plan it around your business so there’s minimal disruption. Happy to talk it through with no obligation first.
