- Everything in VoIP: Cloud system, 2,000 minutes, softphone app and call recording.
- Physical Handset Rental: High-quality Yealink desk phone, professionally configured.
Pricing is per user, and each person gets their own extension.
Need an additional phone line number? It’s £5 +VAT per number. Add-ons like number porting and extended call-recording storage are available on request.
Onboarding is priced on application – every phone setup is different, so we’ll give you a clear one-off figure before anything goes ahead.
VoIP, in plain terms
Do I need to buy special equipment?
Not necessarily. On the VoIP plan you make calls through our softphone app on a computer or mobile, so there’s no new hardware needed. Prefer a traditional handset on some desks? VoIP+ includes a professionally configured Yealink desk phone.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Number porting is available as an add-on. We move your existing numbers across so nothing changes for your customers.
How many calls are included?
Both plans include 2,000 minutes to UK 01/02 landlines, UK mobiles and 03 numbers.
Pricing is per user, and each person gets their own extension. If you need an additional phone line number, it’s £5 +VAT per number.
Is there a setup cost or onboarding fee?
There is a one-off onboarding fee to get everything configured and your team set up.
Every phone setup is different, we price it on application, so you’ll get a clear figure upfront before anything goes ahead.
After that, it’s a simple per-user monthly cost.
