Start with Core / Core+ Plan
Every setup runs on a Core or Core+ plan. Your dependable, fixed-fee foundation.

Bolt-On what fits

Bolt-ons are optional and flexible. Add or drop them as your business changes, no bloated packages.
Do I need Advanced Email Server Protection?
Every Singularitee plan already includes solid email security. This bolt-on is worth adding when your email is a target or when your name landing in someone’s inbox needs to be trusted completely. Perfect for your business if;
- You send invoices, payment details or contracts by email as you're prime targets for fraud.
- Your brand has been (or could be) spoofed by scammers, pretending to be you.
- You handle sensitive client information over email and you need to keep it private.
- You handle sensitive client information over email and you need to keep it private.
How does Advanced Email Server Protection Work?
We have added 4 extra layers of security for your emails, each with the clever technical bits handled quietly in the background.

Your emails stay Private
Messages are sent over an encrypted connection, so they can't be intercepted or tampered with in transit.
MTA-STS encryption

Nobody can send as you
A strict anti-fraud policy blocks emails that pretend to be from your business, so only your real emails reach your customers.
Enforced Policy DMARC

Your emails keep flowing
Tightening security can knock out things like Scan-to-Email. Our own authorised sending service keeps everything delivering reliably.
Dedicated SMTP relay
Your mail server is certified
We sign and certify your mail server so its records can't be quietly altered, which is one more layer that keeps your communication trustworthy.
Signed & Verified Server
Locked down without the disruption
We handle the configuration and check nothing breaks. Meanwhile you carry on emailing as normal.
-
The Review
We check your domain, DNS and current email setup to see what's needed. -
We Configure
Encryption, the strict anti-fraud policy and our authorised sending service are all set up. -
We Verify
We sign and certify your mail server, and confirm your legitimate email still flows. -
We Monitor
We keep watching for suspicious activity and fine-tune the policy over time.
Where the Bolt-on Fits
The good news is that this Advanced Bolt-on now comes as standard with your Singularitee Plan. Premium is on the way.
Email Server Protection
already included
in your Singularitee Plan
- Verified sender (SPF & DKIM): confirms to other mail systems that emails carrying your name were genuinely sent by you, not an impersonator.
- Threat Monitoring (DMARC): keeps watch over how your domain is being used and reports anyone attempting to send email in your name.
- DNS Security (DNSSEC): adds a tamper-proof seal to your domain records so criminals can't quietly redirect your clients to a fake version of your site.
- Guaranteed encryption in transit: forces every message over a secure, encrypted connection (MTA-STS), so it can't be read or altered on the way.
- Strict block on fake emails using your name: switches your policy (DMARC) from observing to enforcing, so fraudulent emails are quarantined or rejected outright.
- Reliable delivery via our authorised service: routes outgoing mail through our own pre-authorised sending service (SMTP relay), keeping things like Scan-to-Email working.
- Signed & certified mail server: digitally signs and certifies your mail server so its identity can be verified and its records can't be tampered with.

Email Protection Questions, Answered Honestly
Don't I already have email security?
You do, and now the full stack comes as standard. Every plan covers verified sender records, active anti-fraud enforcement, encryption in transit and reliable delivery, all set up and managed for you, on top of your usual spam and email filtering.
Will this help in stopping my emails going straight to junk?
Often, yes. Properly authenticating your domain and enforcing a strict sender policy tells other mail systems your email is genuine, which helps the right messages reach the inbox instead of the junk folder.
I'm using Microsoft 365, isn't that enough?
Microsoft 365 filters spam and dodgy content well, but that’s a different job from proving your domain is really you and encrypting messages between servers. We add those protections on top of M365, not instead of it and they’re included in your plan too.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
They’re the behind-the-scenes checks that prove an email really came from your business. In plain english, skipping the tech terms: they let other mail systems confirm your emails are genuine and flag the ones that aren’t. We set them up and manage them for you, that way you don’t need to touch a thing.
Not sure what protection you have and what you need?
That’s exactly what a chat is for. Tell us how your business runs and we’ll suggest what’s worth adding, and what isn’t.
No jargon, no pressure.
