Digital and creative agency Wolfenden was founded in 2017. Based in the centre of Leeds, they provide branding, web design and development, and marketing support to businesses across a variety of industries.

Through consolidation, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and managing hardware purchasing, we have halved Wolfenden’s IT bill, saving them thousands of pounds each month.
In 2018, Wolfenden was looking to move to a single IT and hosting provider; their current solution, spread across multiple providers, was causing accountability issues and preventing the team from working collaboratively.
Our IT project team began by standardising Wolfenden’s IT infrastructure over three months, ensuring all devices were set up, in the same way, to streamline troubleshooting, and installing Windows 10 Professional licenses so we could ensure robust encryption and security measures.
The team also audited the staff’s current devices and the software requirements for each job role, putting in place a rolling 12-month programme of hardware assessment and replacement, enabling Wolfenden to manage and plan their costs.
We migrated Wolfenden’s email provision from G-Suite to Microsoft 365, and created a new SharePoint environment for them, enabling the team to work more collaboratively than with their previous Dropbox solution, and improving document version control. Our Managing Director Adam Bovan initially demonstrated the system to the management team to ensure it would meet their needs, then held a 1-hour remote training session for the whole team once our IT project team had completed the data migration.
As Wolfenden’s outsourced IT department, we provide ongoing support across the company, managing/securing their Microsoft 365 environment, email and SharePoint systems, backing up all emails/files and managing the provision of new/replacement equipment. Our inventory of device/software requirements for each role in the company enables us to provide tailored, ready-to-use devices for all new starters.
